How much is an appointment?
Appointments are FREE.

How long does an appointment take?
The appointment can take as long as you’d like it to depending upon how much information you require and how many blinds need measuring.  We don’t do pushy sales and we will not outstay our welcome.

I have heard a lot about blinds and child safety lately, are your blinds child safe / friendly?
Yes, all of our blinds meet the latest child safety regulations required by law and this will all be explained to you along with how they work at the quotation appointment.

Do you offer appointments after 6pm?
Yes you can request any time up to 9 pm.

Do I have to pay for my blinds up front?
We normally ask for a small deposit upfront in order to secure your order and put your blinds into production.

Will the person measuring be the person that also fits the blinds?
Because we are a family business the majority of measuring and fitting will be done by Simon Walker himself.

How do I pay for my blinds?
We accept cash, card payments, cheques, bank transfers or paypal if preferred (a small charge applies to PayPal payments to cover transfer costs)
